Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are not able to offer an exchange or refund. All refunds will be issued using store credit.

However, we regret that there will be no refunds for exchanges for items below:

1. CUSTOM by PURPOSE items

2. Items with personalised names, logos, or any other customisation

3. Items sold at a discount or during sales & promotions period

4. Items that have been used

items damaged due to personal carelessness

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are liable to pay for the costs of returns such as packaging and shipping fees. We will pay the shipping for exchanged items we are sending.
